Prabhatha Satsangam

: A Journey Towards Universal Collective Consciousness

Join us for our fortnightly Prabhatha Satsangam, a meditative gathering aimed at fostering the Universal Collective Consciousness of Olympus students. This enriching event begins every morning at 6:25 AM Indian Time [US – Mauritius Time 4:55 AM] [Saudi – Qatar Time 3:55 AM] and lasts for sixty minutes. Post-satsang, a judging session takes place until the organizing committee rehearses and arranges it.

Preparation for Satsang

To participate effectively, please watch the following four videos, each approximately two hours long, before joining the satsang. These videos are essential to understand the practices and philosophies we will explore together.

Steps of Sadhana

  1. Guru Vandanam:
    • Close your eyes and fold your hands.
    • Bow your face forward in front of the guru, then raise it 45 degrees.
    • Place your index fingers between your eyebrows (Bhrumadhya) and thumbs below the nostrils.
    • Take a deep breath, hold it, and exhale. Repeat three times.
  2. Brain Wave Entrainment:
    • Background music will help bring the brain to a meditative state. Merge all subsequent actions into this flow.
  3. Nadishudhi Pranayama (Anuloma Viloma):
    • Close one nostril with your thumb and ring finger, inhale through the other.
    • Hold the breath, then switch nostrils and exhale.
    • Repeat, alternating nostrils. More repetitions enhance the benefit.
  4. Pranadhyana:
    • Stand straight with your right hand on your navel and left hand on your chest.
    • Inhale deeply, letting your abdomen and hand rise.
    • Hold the breath, then exhale slowly.
    • Press your right hand above the navel and compress the stomach. Repeat, focusing on the flow of prana.
  5. Kinship:
    • Engage in a self-education program using Olympus to cultivate kinship and goodness. Listen to the Global Human Meditation thought program daily, either in the morning or evening, and reflect on the teachings.
  6. Corte Carve:
    • A rhythmic process where community members perform athletic movements together, enhancing self-understanding and personal evolution. Practice daily by following the rhythm and steps on the screen.
