Children’s Earth Green School: Cultivating Future Guardians of Nature

The Green School, led by Ponniyamma (Ponni Olympaue), nurtures young minds with deep ecological wisdom. Through immersive learning, children develop sustainable habits, ecological literacy, and a lifelong commitment to preserving a harmonious future for all.

We conduct weekly Green Value Education sessions for the children of community members, instilling a culture of sustainability and mindfulness. These lessons help students embrace a green and minimal lifestyle, reinforcing values of conservation, resourcefulness, and harmony with nature.

In addition to regular sessions, we organize camps for green-minded children from diverse backgrounds. These camps are conducted both in local areas and within the eco-village campus, offering hands-on experiences in sustainability, survival skills, and ecological awareness.

Recognizing the crucial role of parents in shaping a child’s environmental consciousness, we also conduct training programs for green-minded parents. These sessions equip them with the knowledge and skills needed to raise children who are deeply connected to nature and committed to sustainable living.

Our commitment to holistic education extends to survival training programs for children, conducted during school vacations. These sessions teach essential life skills, self-sufficiency, and resilience, empowering young learners to thrive without reliance on modern consumerist conveniences.

Looking ahead, we envision establishing an exclusive offline campus for the Green School, where every aspect of life is integrated with survival skills, minimalism, and sustainable practices. The students graduating from this school will be equipped to navigate life without dependence on the sophisticated systems imposed by consumerist culture, making them true stewards of a sustainable future.
